This unit operates to provide medical services to Committee officials and staff, as well as traders, commission agents, porters, weighers, and other stakeholders within the market yard. The operations of this department are overseen by the Head of the Grains Department at the headquarters, and by Supervisors at the sub-branches.

The tasks of cleaning the market yard, maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, and managing solid waste are overseen by the Market Committee through seasonal staff and the Head of the Grains Department.

The Stores Section has been established to streamline procurement operations by centralizing the purchase and storage at a single location of essential items required for the various market yards and departments of the Market Committee. These items include printed stationery, general office supplies, furniture, computers, computer peripherals, electrical equipment, and similar materials. Furthermore, the section maintains a dedicated register to record non-consumable goods, thereby ensuring transparency and efficiency in the procurement process. The operations of the Stores Section are managed by two Junior Clerks and one Assistant.

The management of cleaning within the market yard, the maintenance of restrooms, and solid waste disposal is carried out with the assistance of the Committee's supervisors, junior clerks, and assistants.
